Refunds 

If the products you received were different from your order, or in the case of defective or damaged goods, we will provide a credit refund.

Shipping

All items are shipped from Singapore. Self-collect available at East Village #01-15.

Cancellations

For orders above $150, cancellations or date postponements are not permitted within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Cancellations made within this period will incur a 50% charge of the total order amount, while date postponements will be subject to a $30 fee.
